Welcome to G Mobile Grooming. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at gmobilegrooming.com and your use of any grooming services provided by G Mobile Grooming ("GMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. ABOUT US
G Mobile Grooming is a family-owned and operated mobile pet grooming business based in Brea, CA 92821. We have provided professional mobile dog grooming services since 1996. Our team comes directly to your home or location to provide convenient, stress-free grooming for your pets.

2. SERVICES
G Mobile Grooming offers the following professional pet grooming services:

- Flea Treatment Bath

Service availability, pricing, and specific offerings are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Current pricing will always be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. SERVICE AREA
G Mobile Grooming currently serves the following areas:
- Brea, CA
- Whittier, CA
- La Habra, CA
- La Mirada, CA
- And surrounding communities
If you are unsure whether we serve your area, please call us at 562-340-2664 before booking. We reserve the right to decline service to locations outside our designated service area.
4. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
4.1 Scheduling
Appointments can be booked online at gmobilegrooming.com/book or by calling us at 562-340-2664. Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
4.2 Arrival Window
We provide estimated arrival times. Due to the nature of mobile services and factors such as traffic and prior appointment duration, arrival times may vary slightly. We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled window and will notify you of any significant delays.
4.3 Client Responsibility at Time of Service
You or a responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of service. Your pet must be accessible and ready when we arrive. If we are unable to access your pet or no one is present, the appointment may be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.
4.4 Pets Must Be on Leash or Contained
For safety, all pets must be leashed or contained when our groomer arrives. We are not responsible for any pet that escapes or runs off during the handoff.
5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
5.1 Cancellation by Client
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $45.
5.2 No-Show Policy
If you are not present at the time of your scheduled appointment and we are unable to reach you, the appointment will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments may be charged a fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
5.3 Cancellation by GMG
In rare circumstances, G Mobile Grooming may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to vehicle issues, groomer illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
6. PAYMENT
6.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of booking.
6.2 Pricing
All pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on pet size, breed, coat condition, temperament, and the specific services requested. Additional fees may apply for:
- Severely matted coats requiring extra de-matting time
- Large or extra-large dog breeds
- Pets requiring additional handling due to aggressive behavior
- Flea or tick infestations discovered at the time of service
We will always communicate any additional charges before proceeding with extra services.
6.3 Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in our service pricing but is always appreciated by our groomers.
7. PET HEALTH & SAFETY
7.1 Health Disclosure
By booking an appointment, you confirm that your pet is in generally good health and up to date on vaccinations as required by local law. You agree to inform us of any known medical conditions, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or history of aggression prior to or at the time of service.
7.2 Senior Pets & Pets with Medical Conditions
G Mobile Grooming welcomes senior dogs and pets with medical conditions. However, grooming can sometimes be physically demanding for older or medically compromised pets. We take every precaution to ensure your pet's comfort and safety. By booking a senior or medically fragile pet, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that GMG is not liable for stress-related conditions that may arise during grooming.
7.3 Matted Coats
Severely matted fur can cause skin irritation, pain, and health issues. In cases of severe matting, the safest option may be to shave the coat short. We will inform you of our recommendation, and by proceeding, you authorize us to take the action most appropriate for your pet's wellbeing. De-matting fees may apply.
7.4 Aggressive or Difficult Pets
We are experienced in working with pets that exhibit anxious or aggressive behavior. However, if at any point our groomer determines that continuing the service poses a risk to the pet or the groomer, we reserve the right to stop the groom. In such cases, a partial or full service fee may still apply.
7.5 Veterinary Emergencies
In the unlikely event that your pet experiences a medical emergency during grooming, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek emergency veterinary care on your behalf. You agree to be responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.
7.6 Flea & Tick Policy
If fleas or ticks are discovered on your pet at the time of service, we reserve the right to apply a flea treatment bath (at an additional charge) or decline to continue the service to prevent infestation of our grooming van. We will notify you before proceeding.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 General Limitation
G Mobile Grooming takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your pet. However, grooming does involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GMG shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to your pet arising from grooming services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
8.2 Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for the aggravation of any pre-existing medical condition, skin condition, or injury that was not disclosed to us prior to service.
8.3 Property Damage
We are not responsible for any damage to your property arising from normal grooming operations. Please ensure our grooming van has safe and clear access to your driveway or service location.
8.4 Maximum Liability
In any event, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific grooming service in question.
9. PHOTOS & MARKETING
G Mobile Grooming may take before and after photos of your pet for use on our website, social media pages, or other marketing materials. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use such photos for these purposes. No personally identifying information about you or your home will be included. If you do not wish for your pet's photos to be used, please inform us at the time of service and we will honor your request.
10. WEBSITE USE
By using gmobilegrooming.com, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the website or its functionality.
- Not submit false or misleading information through any booking form or contact form.
- Not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from our website without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website for anyone who violates these conditions.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on gmobilegrooming.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and the GMG brand name, is the property of G Mobile Grooming and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our content without express written permission.
12. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at gmobilegrooming.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We are a small family business and we genuinely want to make things right.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent update. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and G Mobile Grooming regarding the use of our services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
